I've enjoyed painting this central part of Brighton through all the seasons. Summer fills the area with soft greenery which seems woven through the buildings. I love these 1930's art deco tram shelters, they must have looked so modern for their time! They provide beautiful crisp lines to contrast the organic shapes in this piece.
