Purchase art online with confidence

- I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and textures of my paintings that appear for sale on this website. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour and quality of the real surface.

- If you would like any additional photographs of specific paintings, perhaps close ups of surface texture, do let me know.

- You can use my website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. Items you do not require can be removed from your cart at any time.

- Shipping charges will be given before you commit to purchase.

- You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

- All prices quoted on my website are in UK pounds.

- As a purchaser buying internationally, you will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by your destination country.

Delivery & Shipping

- Delivery of original paintings to UK is free

- Goods will normally be dispatched from my studio within 5 working days. Do let me know if you need a faster delivery as I can usually make it work.

- Items are packaged securely in a durable parcel to minimise risk of damage in transit.

- A carrier will normally deliver goods within 1-2 working days of dispatch for UK and 3-10 working days for overseas shipments.

- Your goods will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. 

- If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly. See 'Returns' section below.

Returns

- Buying artwork online can sometimes be difficult, a computer screen cannot always represent exactly what the surface of a painting will feel like. I do try my best to accurately show my paintings with multiple photographs including close ups and the back of the piece. However I do accept returns for a full refund if you aren't completely happy or in the unlikely event the work arrives damaged.

- In either case, I just ask you notify me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the painting back to me within 30 days of delivery.

- Returned work must be posted using the original packaging and packaged in the same secure way. If this isn't possible please get in touch.

- For damaged artwork the cost of delivery is covered by me.

- Returning for a 'change of mind' the cost of delivery is covered by the buyer.
